This is a Beany and Cecil the Sea Serpent Disguise Kit in the Box by Mattel Toys the makers of lots of 60s character toys like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang , Lost in Space , Voyage to Bottom of Sea , etc and its in nice condition and has the original plush Cecil doll and original box with tons of stuff in it like wigs / hair , hats / clothing , etc. The box is scarce to find for this toy and please see scans for condition and what is included and judge for yourself
